RECOMMENDED USE: 2-3 Hours a day.
CONTRAINDICATIONS AND WARNINGS:
Gradually work your way into the belt. Do not force the band/belt around your waist. This may cause the back bars to break and or injure your skin/organs. We recommend that all customers workout using this belt in a comfortable adjustment setting, not forced. You should not force results. The band should close tighter when your body/waist is ready for a tighter adjustment. We also recommend that you have a healthy balanced diet and a weekly workout regimen to see natural results.
Do not sleep or eat using this belt. Only use our fitness belt while standing and or doing physical activities no longer than 2-3 hours.
Abusing the belt may cause the stabilizing muscles of the lower back to lose their tone which is why we recommend strengthening this muscle group while using our fitness belt. *Don't ignore the lower back muscle group when training* If you have back problems should not overload it by lifting heavy weights. Consult with your physical trainer before using this product. If pain persists or increases, or if irritation or sensitivity of the skin occurs (redness, rash, inflammation) discontinue use and consult your doctor.
