We ship worldwide USPS First class or Priority Mail.

Priority Mail 6-15 Business days and USPS First class 2-6 weeks (Insurance included)

Exchanges & Returns:

Non-returnable items include (refunds/exchanges/store credit not accepted): Due to sanitation purposes undergarments including Leggings, Gloves and SquatsTeam Fitness Belt are not refundable or returnable once Shipped. ****No exceptions**** If any of these items gets returned to us by the customer we will RETURN your package to sender. When selecting the checkbox before checkout, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. We encourage all customers to measure their body/waist before purchase.

Out of Stock Replacement Policy:

In the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we want to ensure you still receive the products you love. In such cases, we will automatically send you the closest available color as a replacement.

 

Return Option:

If the replacement color is not suitable for you, we understand. You have the option to return the replacement item.

 

Free Return Shipping:

To make the return process convenient for you, we offer free return shipping. Contact our customer service team, and we will provide you with a free shipping label.

 

Conditions for Returns:

  1. The original replacement item must be sent back to us!

  2. The replacement item must be in its original, unused condition.

  3. Please initiate the return process within 2 business days of receiving the replacement.

WRONG SIZES ORDERED: 

 

If the customer accidentally orders the incorrect size, the customer has 48 hours to contact us with an exchange request from the time and date the package was received by the customer. If 48 hours has passed and the customer failed to contact us, we will not approve the exchange of the product due to sanitation purposes. Once the exchange has been approved, the customer is responsible for the complete shipping cost. USA customers pays $14 this will cover a return shipping label from us and the reshipment of your product once received. No exceptions will be made. International customers please contact us for pricing info. IMPORTANT: If the product has been used, the product will be returned to the customer and the exchanges will not be sent.

Warehouse Errors:

If an incorrect item is sent by us to the customer, the customer must return the item back to us using our paid USPS Priority mail label, using the same envelope where the belt was shipped in. Place the printed label on top of the old label, seal the envelope with tape & return to us. Once we can see the package scanned by USPS we will ship the correct size/item to the customer. All shipping cost is covered by us.

Overnight shipment is available per customer request at an additional cost paid by the customer.

STOLEN / MISSING PACKAGES

Once packages are shipped by us and confirmed  delivered by USPS we are not responsible for Lost Or Stolen packages.

Customer must contact their local post office or USPS.com to start a claim. If you order was shipped via First class your order has no insurance. 

INTL CUSTOMS FEES:

International buyers please note that there are items in your cart that will be shipped from a different country. Please be aware that you may have to pay customs fees and or duties, these fees are set by your government and are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information, please contact your local customs office or postal service. ( WE DO NOT SEND ORDERS AS GIFTS)
